Keystone XL rejection to be announced Wednesday

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Obama administration will announce on Wednesday its decision to reject TransCanada’s plan to build the Canada to Texas Keystone XL crude oil pipeline but the company could reapply, a source familiar with the matter said.
